How do I play? Tap a cell to fill it with colour. Tap again to mark it empty with an X. The numbers along each row and column tell you how many consecutive cells are filled. Use logic to work out which cells to fill — no guessing required.
What is the cryptic clue? The puzzle title is your clue. Once you solve the grid, the answer is revealed. See if you can guess the answer before you finish.
What is a perfect solve? Completing a puzzle without placing any incorrect cells. The app tracks this separately so you can always go back and beat your score.
Can I undo a mistake? Yes — tap the undo button at the bottom of the screen to step back one move at a time.
How do I unlock more puzzles? The Starter Puzzles are free. Additional puzzle sets can be unlocked with a one-time purchase inside the app.
The app crashed — what should I do? Force close the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, please email us with your device model and iOS version and we’ll look into it.
